Mary Anoints Jesus
In John 12:1–8, Mary anoints Jesus’ feet with expensive perfume, wiping them with her hair in a beautiful act of love and devotion. While others criticize her for wasting something so valuable, Jesus defends her, saying she has prepared Him for burial. Her worship shows the worth of Christ—nothing given to Him is ever wasted.
